It is best suited for women who are not using birth control or looking to go off of birth control.
It is designed to help you understand the 4 distinct phases of your menstrual cycle:
Follicular, Ovulatory, luteal, and menses.
​Each distinct phase dictates metabolic, energy, and mood shifts.
They are unique just as the seasons of nature are. 

Women who begin to align their health and mood goals to their cycle, often report improved satisfaction in marriage, parenting, and relationships. They report more empowerment and higher chance of detecting underlying health issues.
